Hopefully this time around I won't have as many typos. (The excitement of the last update made muh fingers go buck-wild). I have more music to put up today, but not just any ol' songs mind you. I'm putting up some of MY songs that I have been producing recently. It's all instrumental stuff, and a decent portion of them are written as 'sell-out' commericial -ish, so don't hold that against me. Gotta bring home the bacon, you guys. That being said though, I am writing some solo material that will hopefully become my first Solo Album. Keep you ears to the ground for that. In the mean while you will have to be happy with this stuff, can you accept that!? I know this has been way overdue. Things have been very busy for Last Post Records (to the point where I probably should have some interns updating this thing for me!). For starts, Quantum Paradox's album is now for sale!! Last Post Records finished producing their debut album in March of 2012 and the boys have released on iTunes/Amazon/Spotify/YohMamaTunez? Also finished co-producing the Zac Mac Band's new ablum "Hope & Consiquence". DEFINITELY go check that out either on iTunes, or order a physical copy from the band. Very proud of how that one turned out. Since we started working together the Zac Mac Band has played The Middle East, The Hard Rock Cafe and is scheduled to play at Milly's Tavern May 26th! So much to talk about, so little time... Things have been very busy this month. Last Post has gotten to work with a lot of new artists, including acoustic solo artist Luke Tobin of 3rd Man Factor, The hard rock Pop Gun (check them out at there Facebook), and the R&B Soul 10 piece Soul phonic (website). Lots of stuff going on to keep us busy and even more bands coming in for this week and going into September so keep your eyes peeled for that! 7/18/11 In the Studio with Zac Mac Band laying down some Bass and Drums for some new songs. Sounds pretty Badass. Check them out! (www.zacmacband.com/) 6/24/11 ALERT Brendan Asquith (www.basongs.com) is playing his CD Release Show for "Cold Steel and Cashmere" this Friday, June 24th at Reservations Bar and Restaurant! (179 Central Street, Lowell, MA) Come on down for some food, drinks, and new music. The show starts at 8 PM. - 6/15/11 - Last Post just finished laying down vocals for Quantm Paradox! Go check out "Watching Stars" on our site wide player. Also check the band out at there Facebook page! - 5/31/11 - Last Post is currently Engineering/Producing Quantum Paradox's new EP! They just came into the studio to lay down instrument tracks for 3 new songs! Vocals on the way for next week! - 5/23/11 - Last Post is currently Co-Producing Brendan Asquith's new release "Cold Steel and Cashmere"! We are looking forward to getting Brendan's new material out into the world very soon.
